Black History Month Is Here!

Our theme for this Black History Month is “My black is Beautiful!” Each Sunday we will highlight black excellence and we have some exciting things planned! So go ahead, take out your pen and paper and write this down. Ok are you ready? Here goes.

February 4th is designated as our “Stay Woke Sunday” where we will celebrate our role in Social Justice movements.

February 11th will be our HBCU Sunday and we are asking that you wear HBCU Paraphernalia and be prepared to celebrate like you would celebrate at an HBCU Homecoming!

February 18th is designated as our “Stepping Forward” Sunday where we will celebrate Black Fraternities and Sororities that are in the Divine 9. If you are a member of a black greek organization, rep your letters!

February 25th will be designated as “Imagine Me” Sunday where we will create a platform for black professionals to connect with our youth to encourage them to dream big!

We look forward to an exciting month of worship, black history celebrations and inspiring messages.
